Riding trip with a leader along forests and ridges. Groups with experienced and inexperienced horsemen. Riding experience is not necessary to take part in our groups. We put the groups together according to the skill of the riders.
You can also order promenade riding for a group. When ordering tell us which experience category you belong.
Before we go out we go over the safety rules at the enclosed riding ground to ensure that everybody can handle his/her horse.
We start with taking out the horses, brush and saddle them. Then we try out helmets and see to that everybody has suitable shoes. Then we shortly inform you how to handle a horse and take them out to the riding ground.
We try out the stirrup-leather fasten the girths and the riders mount.
We ride in all kinds of weather. If we run the risk of rain you bring suitable cloths. We can lend you rain cloths if someone forgets.
2-2.5 hour’s activity with 1.5 hour riding. Price: 375:-SEK/p.
3-3.5 hour’s activity with 2 hours riding. Price: 500:-SEK/p. Include snack. Tell us when booking if you want coffee, tea, fruit-syrup or cocoa.

We have a lot of different beautiful paths for riding.
The Birchwood Track is incredibly beautiful. You ride out to Kallernäs’ tongue of land in a birch wood along Lake Maren. In spring the ground is covered with wood anemones. This tongue of land is known as the place where Ellen Key had her childhood. There we will inform you what has happened here before. You will also see “Sundsholm" the house where Ellen Key grew up. The track is suitable for promenade riding.
The Ridge Track is an exciting piece of Småland. Here we ride along ridges and trough old stone pits and woods along Lake Ålsjön. The Iceland horses are used to climb so you just have to come along and enjoy freedom together with the horses. If you ordered the 2 hours ride, we stop, tie up the horses and have a snack at Lake Ålsjön and everybody gets a well-earned rest.
The Slingsö Road Here we start through the stone pit and then follow the path that leads to the road to Slingsö. Fantastic wood paths. You feel like part of nature and horse. An experience you don’t want to miss.
